RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

It is our goal to ensure that all customers our satisfied with their purchase. We are happy to process and exchange or return of any new and un-worn item. However, please note that we do not provide free shipping on returns or exchanges.

All items must be shipped in new and un-worn condition. Please ship the items to the following address:

All returns must include a note that states clearly the Order # (located on invoice or emailed order confirmation) and the requested action: refund or exchange. Once the items are received, we will process the  refund or exchange.
All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the package’s arrival in order receive a refund. After 30 days, customers will be allowed to process an exchange only.  Exceptions are made during the holiday period.  


RETURNS OF DAMAGED ITEMS & SHIPMENT ERROR

If the item returned is damaged, or a packing error occurred on our part, JT Racing will be responsible for your return shipping cost.  US Customers will receive a prepaid return shipping label free of charge.  International customers will receive reimbursement for standard first class (or air mail) shipping (no greater than the original shipping cost).  Packages sent back using expedited shipping will not receive a full postage refund.
